Why Work With an Advocate?

While you can file with The Resource Center, it is vitally important that you have someone to guide you as to the health condition you file as well as the medical records you submit. Filing for the wrong condition or submitting unfavorable medical records could result in a denial that can never be undone. You need an advocate on your side, reviewing your medical records and guiding you on what to file and when. And, while there are home care providers that now offer filing assistance, they are not advocates, and what they don’t know could hurt you. Talk to an advocate that specializes in knowing the Department of Labor requirements and what it takes to get your claim approved and paid. Leave the home care companies to do what they do best… Provide excellent home health care.
